By using this site or purchasing a guide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy our products.

What You Are Buying

Our products are digital PDF guides and fill-in templates delivered electronically. When you purchase, you receive an immediate download link by email. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

License — What You Can and Cannot Do

When you purchase a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may:

• Read it on any device you own
• Print copies for your own personal use
• Use the templates for your own legal matters

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files
• Upload them to file-sharing sites, forums, or cloud folders accessible to others
• Republish the content, in whole or in part, under your own name or brand
• Use the content to create a competing product
• Remove copyright notices or branding from the files

All content is protected by copyright and remains the property of American Rights Network. Violation terminates your license immediately and may result in legal action.

Accuracy and Currency

We research our guides from federal and state law and work hard to be accurate. However:

• Laws change. Statutes are amended, courts issue new rulings, agencies change procedures.
• Laws vary by state. A procedure that applies in one state may not apply in yours.
• Facts matter. The correct action in your situation depends on details we cannot know.

We make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances. Always verify current law and consult a licensed attorney before acting on anything you read.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not promise any particular result. Reading a guide does not guarantee you will win a case, stop a collector, avoid a removal, prevail in an audit, or achieve any other outcome. Legal outcomes depend on facts, jurisdiction, procedure, and factors outside anyone's control.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use the information in our guides
• You are responsible for verifying current law in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for seeking licensed legal counsel when your situation warrants it
• You agree not to use our materials for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Rights Network and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our guides — including lost cases, lost money, adverse legal outcomes, or lost opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Third-Party Services and Links

Checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy under their terms. Our email list is operated by Kit. Our guides may reference outside resources, agencies, or organizations. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products if you violate these terms, particularly the license restrictions on redistribution.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
