Every guide sold by American Rights Network is covered by a 30-day refund guarantee. If a guide does not give you something you can genuinely use, we will refund your purchase in full.
We would rather refund one person than have anyone feel like they were sold something thin. That is the whole policy.
Alternatively, simply reply to your purchase confirmation email — that reaches us directly and already contains your order details.
Bundles are refunded in full under the same 30-day terms. We do not offer partial refunds on individual guides within a bundle — a bundle refund returns the full bundle price.
The free field guide costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you no longer want emails from us, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
If your download link did not arrive, a file will not open, or a bundle is missing a guide — that is not a refund situation, that is a delivery problem and we will fix it. Email americanrightsnetwork@gmail.com and we will resend your files right away.

We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding products, or purchasing for the purpose of redistributing our files. This is rare and we will always contact you before declining.
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us fees and takes months to resolve, while an email to americanrightsnetwork@gmail.com gets you your money back in days. We have never refused a good-faith refund request.
