American Rights Network ("ARN," "we," "us") operates AmericanRightsNetwork.com and sells digital legal-education guides. This site is operated by Matt Schneider, doing business as American Rights Network, and you can reach us at americanrightsnetwork@gmail.com.

Information you give us directly
- Email address — when you request a free guide or subscribe to our list.
- Name and email — when you purchase a guide, collected by our payment processor and shared with us so we can deliver your files and provide support.
- Anything you write to us — if you email us with a question or a refund request.
Information collected automatically
- Basic analytics — pages visited, approximate region, device type, and referring site. Aggregate traffic data used to understand which guides people are looking for.
- Cookies — small files used to keep the site working and measure traffic. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and show us which pages people read. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; the site will still function.
We never see your payment cardCheckout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your card number, CVV, and billing details go directly to them and are never transmitted to or stored by American Rights Network.
What We Do With It
- Deliver the guides and files you requested or purchased
- Send you the free guide you signed up for
- Email you about new guides, updates to guides you own, and occasional offers
- Answer your support questions and process refunds
- Understand which content is useful so we can publish more of it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your email address with advertisers or data brokers.
Who We Share It With
We share only what is necessary with the services that make the site run:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and file delivery
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email list and free guide delivery
- Netlify — website hosting
- Google Analytics — anonymous website traffic statistics
Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights.
Your Choices and Rights
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no questions.
- Request your data. Email americanrightsnetwork@gmail.com and we will tell you what we have about you.
- Request deletion. Email americanrightsnetwork@gmail.com and we will delete your information, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
- Correct your information. Email us and we'll fix it.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

We use reputable third-party providers with industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, email americanrightsnetwork@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
